Data we collect

• Your name and email address, when you submit the contact form.
• The message body and inquiry type you type into the contact form.
• Your IP address, used only for rate-limiting; not stored after the 5-minute rate-limit window expires.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry. That is the only purpose.

Where it goes

Submissions are emailed to partners@, press@, talent@, or hello@gnuform.com (depending on inquiry type). We do not maintain a separate database. The email inboxes are the system of record. Default retention: 24 months.

Cross-border transfer

None. The form processing function runs in Mumbai (asia-south1); the transactional email provider (Resend) processes within India for the purposes of delivering your inquiry to our inboxes.

Your rights as a data principal (DPDPA s. 11–15)

You have the right to:

• Correction of your data.
• Erasure — we will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Grievance — email privacy@gnuform.com; we respond within 7 working days.

Security

• TLS 1.3 in transit for all site traffic and form submissions.
• Resend transactional email is encrypted in transit.
• No at-rest data store is maintained beyond the email inboxes themselves.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising at this time. Your browser may store a Cloudflare Turnstile cookie strictly for spam prevention while you use the form; this is set by Cloudflare, not by us.

We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
